Turbocharger is a very important part to increase engine power and reduce exhausting discharged. It is not a power source, but drives the turbine to reach high speed by engine exhausting. The compressor pressurizes cleaner air into cylinder to increase the density of air in the cylinder to improve fuel combustion condition, reduce fuel consumption, increase engine power and reduce toxic gases in exhausting discharged.
All people think about turbocharger is complex, but it’s not. Turbocharger is main composed of turbine and compressor. First turbine inlet connects with engine exhaust manifold, the outlet connects on exhaust pipe.Then compressor inlet connects with air filter pipe,outlet connects on inlet manifold, last turbine and impeller set in turbine housing and compressor, both connection on the shaft with rigid. Above is complete turbocharger , your engine just like your computer is “overclocking”.
The turbocharger which we usually refer to is actually a type of air compressor machine, it can increase the engine air inflow by compressing more air. Generally, the turbocharger use the inertial force of the engine exhaust to drive the turbine in turbine housing,then the turbine drives the impeller. The impeller compresses air which comes from the air filter and sends the air into the cylinder. When the speed of the engine gets faster, the speed of the exhaust outputting and turbine get faster at same time, the impeller compresses more air into the cylinder, the increasing of the air pressure and density can burn more fuel, the corresponding increasing of amount of fuel and adjusting the speed of the engine can increase the output power of the engine.
Nitrile Rubber has good oil resistance, heat resistance, cold resistance, pressure resistance, water resistance and wear resistance. Generally Normal temperature is-40℃-+120℃. It’s easy to make any shape hydraulic seals by metal mold. So hydraulic seal is suitable for making liquid pressurized cylinder hydraulic seal that working pressure is not more than 32Mpa.
Urethane rubber is high tensile strength, has good oil resistance, heat resistance, cold resistance, pressure resistance and wear resistance. Generally temperature is -40℃-+80℃,Urethane rubber sealing performance is better than Nitrile Rubber, it is more suitable for making middle pressure,high pressure and extra high pressure liquid pressurized cylinder hydraulic seal.
