The engine power relies on the work that the fuel is burned in the cylinder, entering the amount of fuel is limited by the amount of air in the cylinder,so the engine power will be also limited. If the performance of engine is in the best condition, to compress more air into the cylinder to increase the amount of fuel is the only way to increase the output power and improve the combustion power capability. So under the current technology, the turbocharger is the only mechanical device which can increase the engine output power under invariable work efficiency  .

The turbocharger which we usually refer to is actually a type of air compressor machine, it can increase the engine air inflow by compressing more air. Generally, the turbocharger use the inertial force of the engine exhaust to drive the turbine in turbine housing,then the turbine drives the impeller. The impeller compresses air which comes from the air filter and sends the air into the cylinder. When the speed of the engine gets faster, the speed of the exhaust outputting and turbine get faster at same time, the impeller compresses more air into the cylinder, the increasing of the air pressure and density can burn more fuel, the corresponding increasing of amount of fuel and adjusting the speed of the engine can increase the output power of the engine.


The driving force of the supercharger comes from the engine crankshaft. Generally, the torque of crankshaft drives the supercharger by connection the belt and crankshaft belt pulley,then the engine achieves pressurization. According to the different structures, mechanical supercharging had appeared many different types, including Vane , Roots, Wankle and other types.But now, the former two types are common.


The engine stalled immediately is not allowed after engine worked long time with high speed. Some oil is offer lubrication and cool down for turbocharger rotor when engine is working. Working engine stalled suddenly , the oil pressure falls down to zero quickly. high temperature in the turbine transfers to middle, heat in the bearing and casing can’t go quickly meanwhile rotor is still turning with high speed as inertia. So engine stalled suddenly which is still working will damage the bearing and rotor as too high temperature oil in the turbocharger. Specially to avoid to rush to refuel after stalled.


The ontology of the vane (also known as eddy type) belongs to a type of vane ontology.The main performance is that three planetary gear sets which can change speed according on the different centrifugal force drive inlet vane.It can increase the speed of axis and improve the speed of air inlet blade in the further through the friction between gears sets and axis of blades,then to obtain constant pressure reaction.In other words,when the engine gets higher speed , the speed of the inlet vane also can increase accordingly.
